Lawyer Aep Reports Dede And Politicians About Fake News In The Vina Cirebon Case To The Metro Police

JAKARTA - Kubu Aep Rudiansyah, a witness in the alleged murder case of Vina Cirebon, reported Dede Riswanto and a politician to the Polda Metro Jaya. The report relates to allegations of spreading false news.

It is known, Dedi Mulyadi was always present to accompany when the Dede camp and the convicts of the Vina Cirebon case reported various criminal allegations to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.

From the investigation conducted by the DPP Perhaki as Aep's attorney, it was found that there were politicians who tried to intervene in the process of handling cases of alleged murder of Vina and Eky.

In addition, the politician who is suspected of being Dedi Mulyadi in his YouTube account 'Kang Dedi Mulyadi Chanel' framed if Aep had provided false information

"We found that there were parties who took action beyond the investigation carried out by the police, so that it could potentially affect the course of the legal process which was going well and fairly," said Pitra.

Meanwhile, the report against Dede and Dedi Mulyadi was registered with the number LP/B/4352/VII/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA dated July 30, 2024.

In the report, the reported party was charged with allegedly violating Article 28 in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law.
