Coordinating Minister For Political, Legal And Security Affairs Hadi Asked The Commanders Of The National Police Not To Rotate TNI-Polri DI Officials During The 2024 Pilkada Period
Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam) Hadi Tjahjanto asked the National Police Chief and the TNI Commander not to rotate TNI-Police officials in the regions during the 2024 Pilkada.
This is done so that TNI and Polri officials in the regions can secure the regional elections in accordance with the budget and planning that has been made.
"So that what has been planned, the budget that has been prepared can be managed properly," Hadi said while giving a speech at the 2024 Pilkada readiness coordination meeting in Bali, Tuesday, July 30, was confiscated by Antara.
Not only for the TNI and Polri, Hadi also asked the Attorney General's Office not to rotate its ranks throughout the region.
"Including Kajati (not rotated) because he has to handle Gakkumdu," Hadi said in his statement.
Hadi said the central government had provided funds to local governments to use the interests of the regional elections.

The funds, continued Hadi, can be used to provide election facilities such as voting places, KPU or Bawaslu operational offices to the interests of the voting post.
Hadi continued, the funds were also used by the ranks of the TNI and Polri in the regions for the purpose of securing the regional elections.
With the support of these funds, Hadi believes that the TNI and Polri will be more helped in carrying out tasks such as securing voting, monitoring during the campaign period to distributing election logistics.
Hadi also reminded local government officials and officials to make efficient use of the funds and in accordance with the interests of holding the 2024 Pilkada.
