PT SHS Sorry, The Official House Of Former PT Pertani Retired Is Empty Today
JAKARTA The state-owned company engaged in the agricultural sector, PT Sang Hyang Seri (SHS) will vacate the official residence where former PT Pertani retired today. The house is located in the Duren Tiga Pertani Complex, South Jakarta.
The occupants of the official residence were originally employees of PT Pertani who began occupying the complex since 1960. PT Pertani is a BUMN that has merged with SHS according to Government Regulation (PP) Number 98 of 2021 so that all of its assets are now part of SHS.
SHS Corporate Secretary Sugeng Rijadi conveyed that after going through a series of dialogues, socialization, mediation, consultations with various agencies, and also preparing compensation for residents, the final evacuation will be carried out on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
"We apologize for emptying the official residence, because this is a state asset that of course needs to be optimized properly and is intended for the benefit and wider benefit," he said in an official statement, Tuesday, July 30.
According to Sugeng, assets in the form of land and official houses covering an area of 60,153 square meters located in the Duren Tiga Pertani Complex, South Jakarta are very important and strategic, especially to maintain the company's sustainability in developing rice seeds and production in order to maintain food security.
"In addition, this emptying is in order to enforce good corporate governance, and avoid a greater loss to the company due to the non-optimization of assets," he explained.
Sugeng said that former PT Pertani retirees were also given compensation for the emptying of the official house. Such as compensation for substitution of houses with varying amounts according to independent consultant studies, and loading and unloading costs.

Then, transportation facilities, moved costs, as well as ambulance and hospital facilities for residents who need it during the emptying process, as well as for residents who need special treatment will be given the option of a stopover for one month.
"Currently there are 53 SHS official houses that are still inhabited by retirees, and there are already 4 houses that have taken voluntary compensation," he explained.
Sugeng said that in this emptying, his party also prepared mitigation steps to keep the process running according to humanitarian principles.
"We apologize to the local residents who were affected in the process of emptying this official house," he said.
