Two Movies And One Series From Leo Pictures Present Different Stories
JAKARTA - Leo Pictures to introduce their three latest projects which will soon air in Showcase 2024. Among the projects announced are the horror film titled Thaghut, the drama film Bila Esok Ibu Takada, and the original WeTV series, Don't Blame Me for Cheating.
These three works promise an in-depth viewing experience by presenting different stories and played by the best talents. In the event attended by Christine Hakim, Adinia Wirasti, Fedi Nuril, Marshanda, Giorgino Abraham, Stefan William, Amanda Manopo, Yasmin Napper, Arbani Yasiz, Ria Ricis, Dennis Adhiswara, Nunu Dukata, Hana Saraswati, Keanu Azka, Dosma Hazenbosch, and others, LEO Pictures showed their commitment to continue presenting quality and variety of works.
Apart from the top actors and actresses, Showcase also invited a special appearance from one of Indonesia's talented singers, Fadhilah Intan, who was involved in filling out the Official Soundtrack for the film Thaghut entitled Rindu Dalam Sunyi.
This Showcase event also exclusively displays a teaser trailer for the film If Tomorrow Ibu Takada at the same time announces the cast survey from the original WeTV series, Don't Blame Me for Cheating.
Leo Pictures' second horror film, previously titled Kiblat, also features a line of players, directors, writers, and producers who perform beautifully on the Showcase stage. Changing the title to Thaghut, because it sparked controversy, the film will be released in theaters on August 29, 2024.
Thahut tells the story of Ainun's journey (played by Yasmin Napper) which reveals the dark veil behind the death of his father, Abah Mulya (played by Whani Darmawan). This story brings audiences to a series of mysterious and terror events that Ainun and his friends, Bagas (Arbani Yasiz) and Rini (Ria Ricis), in their efforts to uncover the truth in a Padepokan full of heretical teachings.
In addition to horror films, this year LEO Pictures also presents a family drama genre film featuring two senior players, Christine Hakim and Slamet Rahardjo. Famous stars also enlivened this film, including Fedi Nuril, Adinia Wirasti, Amanda Manopo, Yasmin Napper, and Baim Wong.
This film about mother was widely discussed on social media. The story is an adaptation of a book of the same name by Nagiga Nur Ayati. If Tomorrow Mother No one presents a emotional story about the life of a family with four children who depend heavily on their mother. The mother always gives all the best things and dedicates herself to taking care of her children.
But one day, something bad happened to the mother that made her four children have to lose. They have to support each other to stay strong and adapt to the situation. Did the four brothers succeed in going through their days after their mother died?
