Holding The 2024 Consecutives, Bank Mandiri Is Ready To Help Customers 'Oil And Gas' Business

JAKARTA - Bank Mandiri continues to strengthen consistency as the main financial partner for business people through various digital innovations and programs for its loyal customers. One of them is the annual 2024 Kongsi-Kongsi event, a flagship program as well as appreciation for business customers who will be held again this year.

SVP Retail Deposit Product and Solution Bank Mandiri Evi Dempowati explained that this Kongsi-Congional program always presents different things every year. In this year's series of Consumptions, Corporations offer a variety of interesting activities such as business talks, special Livin' exchange points, and auction prizes using Livin' coins collected from transactions and fund depositing.

Until the end of June 2024, more than 4 million active business customers with a total transaction of 140 million or grew 51 percent year on year (YoY) and a transaction value of IDR 1,028 trillion, grew 27 percent YoY.

"This year's Kongsi-Congsi program will be held 12 times, both online and offline, and will involve more than 2,000 business customers from all over Indonesia," said Evi in his official statement, Wednesday, July 24.

The series of 2024 Kongsi-Konsongsi began with an online event, namely Bincang Bisnis which presents one of Bank Mandiri's best customers, namely Linda Anggrea, the Buttonscarves owner with the theme "Dare to 'Sell Mahal' and Go International in the style of Buttonscarves".

Customers are also given a special opportunity to be able to exchange their Livin' points through a point auction or special index to get attractive prizes ranging from e-Vouchers, Samsung smartphones, Apple Watches, to 100 grams of precious metals.

Bank Mandiri is committed to continuing to carry out digital innovations that focus on customer needs either through the Livin' by Mandiri super app which continues to develop various interesting features such as multicurrency savings to make customer transactions abroad free of conversion, Livin' investment, Livin' Sukha, foreign exchange transfer, and various other features.

In addition, the bank with the gold ribbon logo also developed the Kopra by Mandiri super platform for corporate customers who are able to provide end-to-end solutions for customer transaction needs, as well as branch office services that are integrated through smart branches.
