JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has asked the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) to prevent five people from traveling abroad. This effort was made in connection with the bribery case of former PDIP candidate Harun Masiku, who is still at large.
"The KPK has issued Decree Number 942 of 2024 concerning the Prohibition of Traveling Abroad for and on behalf of five people," said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardika to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, July 23.
This prevention is carried out for six months. Tessa detailed that those prohibited from traveling abroad were K, SP, YPW, DTI, and DB.
As for information circulating, K is Kusnadi who is a staff member of the PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto. He had been questioned some time ago and investigators in this case confiscated a number of items such as cellphones and Hasto's notes from his hands.
