Palestinian Defense People's Alliance Will Take Follow-up Action On August 18, 2024
JAKARTA - The Indonesian People's Alliance Defends Palestine (AR-BP) plans to hold another peaceful demonstration in August.
This is his support for Palestinians.
"August 18, we are all gathering again for grand action," said ARI-BP Steering Committee Chairman Din Syamsuddin to reporters at the Horse Statue, Central Jakarta, Sunday, July 21.
Regarding the election on August 18, 2024, he said, because the date was ratified by the 1945 Constitution (UUD) by the Indonesian Independence Preparation Committee (PPKI) as Indonesia's constitution.
"Because at the opening of the 1945 Constitution, which was enacted on August 18, Constitution Day, among others, stated that we, the Indonesian nation, are struggling to realize eternal peace," he said.
