Investigate The Discovery Of A Body With A Head Wrapped In Sacks In Bekasi, The Police Check The Victim's Co-workers

BEKASI - Police are still investigating the case of the discovery of a body named Waryanto (53) who is suspected of being a murder victim whose body was tied with a rope and his head wrapped in sacks, then dumped behind the Bantargebang TPST office, Bekasi City.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bekasi City Metro Police, AKBP Muhammad Firdaus, said 27 witnesses had been examined. The goal is to reveal the perpetrator of the murder of Waryanto's body.

"An examination has been carried out. (A total of) 27 witnesses have been interrogated," said Firdaus when confirmed, Sunday, July 21.

Firdaus explained that of the dozens of witnesses examined, there were friends of the victim's work to the occupants of the rented house. This was done to reveal the case of Waryanto's death.

"Witnesses of the victim's co-worker and residents around the victim's rented house," he said.

Previously, the police suspected that the man who was found dead in the Water Shelter River or to be precise behind the Bantargebang TPST office was a murder victim.

"Meanwhile, the alleged murder," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bekasi City Metro Police, AKBP Muhammad Firdaus when confirmed, Thursday, July 18.

Firdaus explained that the basis for the alleged victim of the murder was when he was found wrapped in a tied hand and his head wrapped in a sack.

Therefore, his party is currently investigating the case to reveal the perpetrator of the murder. He added that this disclosure involved the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya.

"We are conducting an investigation to reveal the perpetrators," he said.
