RI Becomes The Country With The Highest E-commerce Growth

JAKARTA - Indonesia will become the country with the highest e-commerce growth in the world in 2024 with a growth rate of 30.5 percent based on data from the research institute from Germany, ECDB.

This was conveyed by Rovan Alfarry, CEO and Founder of OrderOnline.

Being one of the Bootstrap Startups that was present in 2018, OrderOnline lasted because of every input provided by its users.

Founded in the hope of helping the online business process of business people in Indonesia, every feature made by OrderOnline is made based on input and insight from online business people.

Rovan also revealed that currently 80 percent of the OrderOnline feature is the result of user feedback that can have an impact on other users in OrderOnline. For this year, hopefully we can be closer to Online Order sellers, to continue updating with what online business people are facing so that we can provide relevant and more targeted solutions," concluded Rovan.

Through OrderOnline, at the beginning we (Rahman and Rovan) used to dream of making family happy, especially parents. And now thank God it has begun to be achieved. But one dream that was aspired to with Rovan and has not been achieved was a dream to create a one billion dollar company by developing a digital ecosystem that can help online sellers-online sellers in Indonesia. said Fazlur Rahman, CTO and Co-Founder OrderOnline.

Since the beginning of 2024, OrderOnline has stated that it will be committed to continuing to support, inspire, and empower local online businessmen to grow and achieve more than ever. In this 6th year, OrderOnline compiled a series of different birthdays from previous years through four unique programs designed to appreciate, listen, and empower its users.

This year's series of birthdays begins with Can Get Closer, a Visit Seller program that will be implemented in 20 locations. Rovan Alfarry visits the office or residence of Online Order users as a form of appreciation and to hear directly input from users running online businesses. This program aims to identify the challenges that OrderOnline users face and provide solutions to improve their business processes.

After we visited several Sellers, it turns out that there are still many problems found in making online businesses grow and sustain, especially in team management. This is a new insight for us. Because the solution from OrderOnline is still rarely touching the team's problems from Seller's friends. After this, it is hoped that Online Order can help find solutions that match the problems of team management from Seller's friends," said Rovan.

Along with the Visit Seller program, there are #Bisa Lebih Awards, where Rovan and Rahman will directly award 10 selected online Order users. This initiative aims to appreciate the involvement of users who inspire #BisaMore to fellow online businessmen.

"It's really cool, Mas Rovan can come to our simple office." said Adrian, one of the winners of the award as Seller with the most shipments in OrderOnline.

Along with the Visit Seller program, Online Order also held a Mini Kopdar Can Be More Meaningful, a discussion room between OrderOnline and its users.

This event will be a space for understanding between online entrepreneurs, with participation from the CEO and Co-Founder OrderOnline, Rovan Alfarry. The goal is to facilitate discussions not only between OrderOnline and its users, but also between online business owners to advance their business.
