JAKARTA - The Mayor of Solo, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, proved his promise by bringing in a new 'master' as the owner of Persis Solo. There are 3 names, namely, Kaesang Pangarep, Minister of BUMN Erick Thohir, and Kevin Nugroho.

The announcement of the owner of Persis was made at Manahan Stadium, Saturday, March 20. Kaesang's shareholder Kevin and Minister Erick, represented by their sons, were present at the announcement.

Gibran wants the new owner of Laskar Sambernyawa to be managed by professionals with experience in sports. Including the figure of Erick Thohir, whose work in the field of sports cannot be doubted.

"Maybe gentlemen, ladies already know that Mr. Erick has been with him, has ever held a big club. And the most important thing is that the management can be professional and transparent," explained Gibran.

The new Pemilk Persis was announced after the EGMS of PT Persis Solo at the Alila Solo Hotel this morning at around 09.00. In share ownership, Kaesang owns 40% of shares, Kevin 30%, and Erick Thohir 20% of the total 90% shares offered by PT PSS. While the remaining 10% is still for 26 internal clubs.
