ASDP Boss: Ferizy Service Successfully Reduces Queues At Ports

This digitization has proven successful in reducing queues at the port.
ASDP President Director Ira Puspadewi said that the digitization of Ferizy's e-ticketing was able to distribute the flow of arrival of service users evenly, accelerate the customer handling process, and reduce queues at ports.
"E-Ticketing Ferizy, which was launched and inaugurated by three Ministers at once, namely the Minister of SOEs, the Minister of Transportation, and the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, has now become a new culture of society in accessing ferry tickets," said Ira in an official statement, Monday, July 15.
Ira said that since its launch in May 2020, the Ferizy system has allowed online ticket purchases via the Ferizy Web & Apps or through the Ferizy sales channel, with more than 120 payment methods available.
Furthermore, Ira said, Ferizy has also experienced rapid user growth since it was disbursed in 2020, from 438,105 users in the first year to 655,951 users in 2023, showing increased public confidence and awareness of online ticket bookings.
"More than 2.3 million users have felt the convenience and comfort," he said.
In Lebaran transportation in 2024, 95 percent of motorcyclists and 90 percent of four-wheelers buy ferry tickets via e-ticketing.
For this digitization effort, ASDP managed to achieve an audited income of IDR 5.03 trillion and a net profit of IDR 637 billion.
