Six People Died In Accident On Solo-Ngawi Toll Road
JAKARTA - A total of six people died in an accident on the Solo-Ngawi Toll Road, precisely at KM 498+800 line B or from the direction of Surabaya to Jakarta.
Boyolali Police Chief AKBP Petrus Parningotan Silalahi in Boyolali, Central Java, Saturday, July 13, said the accident occurred on Saturday at around 03.15 WIB.
"Yes, an accident on the toll road in the Sindon Village area, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency," he said, quoted from Antara.
The accident involved a nice car containing 22 passengers, including the driver, of which 14 were slightly injured, six died, and two were safe.
He explained that some of the victims were taken to UNS Hospital, and some were taken to the Air Force Hospital and Boyolali Charcoal Pandan Hospital.
According to him, the accident occurred when an Isuzu minibus with police number AG 7710 V hit from behind a tronton truck numbered H 8593 NG loaded with light bricks.

Regarding the cause of the incident, said Petrus, his party together with the Central Java Police are still conducting an investigation.
"Earlier, we together with the TAA unit of the Central Java Police conducted a crime scene investigation with stakeholders, all toll road owners. We have evacuated trucks and Isuzumen as material for further investigation," he said.
