Tiko Aryawardhana's Efforts To Be Free From Cases Of Alleged Embezzlement Of Funds Of IDR 6.9 Billion
JAKARTA - Tiko Aryawardhana's attorney, Irfan Aghasar admitted that his party was still trying to straighten out the problems reported by his ex-wife, Arina Winarto regarding embezzlement of funds in office.
So far, Irfan said that the efforts that had been made by his party gave evidence and submitted witnesses who were considered to be mitigating Tiko's side.
"Yes, the evidence, witnesses from several witnesses from Mr. Tiko, made this case clearer the flow of funds," said Irfan Aghasar at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday, July 11.
Irfan said that he had submitted proof of payment of supplier vendors who had collaborated with food and beverage company Tiko at that time.

"Including vendor payments, so there may be several witnesses from vendors, suppliers who will testify that it is true that the payment is the supplier vendor," he added.
Previously, Tiko Aryawardhana had undergone examination as a witness at the investigation stage. In the process of examination he was accompanied by Irfan Aghasar and one other attorney.
During the examination, Irfan said that his client was questioned with approximately 50 questions by the investigative team for approximately 10 hours of examination.
"Wow, I don't think there are more or less 40 or 50 questions. Because this is also a repeat of the previous investigation BAP, we corrected it one by one," he said.
