Google Play Store Will Feature More Relevant Application Ratings
JAKARTA - The Google Play Store is reportedly developing a new feature that will make it easier for users to view application ratings based on device types. This feature is expected to save a few seconds and one tap for users compared to the current method.
According to APK's teasedown results by the leaker AssembleDebug and Android Authority, version 41.7.16-31 of the Google Play Store reveals a new, more practical way to view app ratings based on device types. Currently, the application listing on the Play Store displays chips for various types of devices (for example, mobile phones, Chromebooks, tablets). Users can tap on one of these chips to view app ratings for these types of devices.
However, this latest change will display the application rating directly within the chip, so users don't need to tap on it anymore.

This is a small but very useful change, saving users time by eliminating the need to tap on the chip to view the rating. It is hoped that this change will be coming soon on the Play Store.
This isn't the only latest change detected on the Play Store. Previously, it was revealed that this app store might be opening a newly installed app automatically, while Google is also working on additional layer security when installing or updating the app.
With these changes, Google continues to strive to improve the user experience on the Play Store, making it more intuitive and efficient for various types of devices.
