Biden GROWs Up In The US Presidential Election Except Asked By God To Resign, Democratic Conglomerates Are Worried

JAKARTA - When many Democratic lawmakers have called for President Joe Biden out of candidacy after his poor debate performance, more and more wealthy donors from the Democratic Party have publicly raised alarms about Biden's doubts over Biden's ability to run in the United States (US) presidential election.

A donor from Arizona, who asked not to be named, gave Biden around US$25,000 or equivalent to Rp406 million last year and plans to hold a fundraiser for the president in March or April.

While they told ABC News they were "fighting" in the spring to get another donor, they face bigger challenges now.

"We've spoken to the (Biden) team about raising funds, but I'm calm. I'm having a hard time involving other people," the donor said. "People are not optimistic about Biden. Now,'very little'," he added.

"Trying to get one million at this time will not happen," the donor continued, referring to Biden's urgent post-debat political environment.

Many donors may see public appearances and Biden interviews to help determine how they will move forward.

This donor is not alone. The thick-tung contributors, who previously supported Biden, expressed their concern about the continuation of the president and their reluctance to give more money for his campaign.

Biden also rejected calls from some Democratic Party members to step down to allow a stronger candidate against Republican Donald Trump in the US Presidential Election.

Biden tried to defuse the political crisis, using a 22-minute ABC News interview to argue again about a bad night in the US presidential election debate.

Biden has also repeatedly dismissed recent poll figures showing him behind Trump both in general elections and in certain states.

"If you're sure you can't beat Donald Trump, will you back down?" ABC News interviewer Stephanopoulos asked.

"It depends on... if the Almighty God came down and told me that, I might do that," Biden said.
