Bank Mandiri Facilitates The Proposal Process For Digital Mortgages With Livin' KPR

JAKARTA - Bank Mandiri provides convenience for customers through the launch of the latest feature on Beyond Super App Livin' by Mandiri.

Now, Bank Mandiri presents a home ownership solution for customers through the Livin' KPR feature, which allows customers to apply for Home Ownership Loans (KPR) more easily and quickly in one application.

Bank Mandiri Network and Retail Banking Director Aquarius Rudianto said various challenges such as facing difficulties in meeting home loan requirements, especially at high interest costs and complicated submission processes, were the reason many people delayed their desire to own a house.

"The Livin' KPR feature is part of our ongoing efforts to provide added value for customers," he said in a statement to the media, Thursday, July 4.

Aquarius added that the Livin' KPR feature is here as an innovative solution to streamline the mortgage financing process to be more seamless, by ensuring a fast and efficient mortgage application process.

Starting from a varied property choice, competitive interest rates, discounted provision fees, to submission forms and easy and simple mortgage processes, to benefits that Bank Mandiri customers can enjoy with Livin' KPR.

Livin' KPR also makes it easier for customers to find properties based on price preferences and public facilities around them, as well as exploring every corner of the property as if they were in a live location with a Virtual Tour 360 degrees experience.

"Livin' KPR also offers flexibility for customers in planning finances accurately with the In installment Simulation feature, as well as KPR Tracking which allows customers to monitor in real-time the status of their mortgage applications," continued Aquarius.

He also hopes that the Livin' KPR feature will make it easier for more individuals to have their dream home, creating a more meaningful future where home ownership can be achieved by everyone.

With the presence of the Livin' KPR feature, it is hoped that it can optimize the acquisition of mortgages and of course continue to improve the Independent KPR portfolio in 2024.

Currently, Bank Mandiri's mortgage disbursement has increased by 31.4 percent yoy.

In addition, to ensure that customers get a seamless transaction experience, Livin' by Mandiri simplifies the bill payment process through the Pay' feature.

Customers simply copy the Virtual Account (VA) number without the need to find a biller code. Through this feature, customers can also choose three sources of funds, namely Savings, Credit Cards, or Livin' Paylater.

Sebagai tambahan informasi, sampai dengan bulan Mei 2024, tercatat pengguna aplikasi Livin' by Mandiri telah menembus 25.4 juta, naik 37 persen yoy. Dari jumlah tersebut, total nilai transaksi Livin' by Mandiri telah mencapai Rp1.552 triliun dengan volume transaksi 1,45 miliar transaksi.
