For this work, he said, his company received a payment from KONI Kudus of Rp971 million.However, the witness admitted that he was asked to transfer Rp800 million from the payment money to an account in the name of Etly Eilsye Pelle."Mr. Imam asked through Pak Sukma Oni to transfer Rp800 million," he said in a trial chaired by Chief Justice Siti Insirah as quoted by Antara.Saffana did not know the purpose of sending money to Bleegoh Alun with an account number in the name of Etly Eilsye Pelle.Although the capital money for the athlete's equipment production was to pay off debts by the defendant, the witness stated that his work had been completed 100 percent.Meanwhile, Bleegoh Alun, who was also examined as a witness, admitted that the Rp800 million was a debt payment from Imam Triyanto."The agreement with Pak Imam is that the total debt is Rp. 1.4 billion," he said.Bleegoh admitted that he did not know the allocation of money originating from the debt used by the defendant. The name Etly Eilsye Pelle, he said, was his colleague who gave the loanWitness Alun said the defendant Imam Triyanto had a lot of debt to a number of people."I know from the chat with several people who apparently gave a loan to the defendant. Some have not been repaid," he said.Previously, the former chairman of the Kudus Regency KONI, Imam Triyanto, was tried on suspicion of corruption in grant funds for the parent organization of these sports branches to cost the state Rp2.3 billion.KONI Kudus Regency received a grant from the APBD and changes to the 2021, 2022, and 2023 APBDs with a total of IDR 22.9 billion.In the disbursement and distribution of the budget, the defendant allegedly used some money for personal purposes.The defendant cut the budget allocation of a number of sports and secretariats in KONI Kudus Regency due to the indisclinary preparation of the plan to use grant funds.
Based on the calculation of the Central Java Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), state losses due to the defendant's actions reached Rp2.3 billion.
