Capcom Officially Acquires Two Of Pertiga Shares Of Minimum Studios

Capcom announced that it has acquired two-thirds of the total shares issued by Minimum Studios, a 3DCG production company, and made it Capcom's subsidiary.

In its official announcement, Capcom said that this acquisition aims to support the development and technology capabilities of Minimum Studios in a sustainable manner.

Minimum Studios specialization lies in animation. The company was formed in 2018, and has since also been working on animations for Capcom's main titles such as Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil 4 remake in 2023, and Dragon's Dogma 2.
