KAI Starts Changing Travel Schedules For 27 Long-distance Trains Starting Today, Here Are The Details

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) has begun to change the operating pattern of a number of trains starting July 1, 2024, in order to adjust the needs of increasingly dynamic customers.

"The change in the operational pattern of a number of trains is in order to adjust the needs of increasingly dynamic customers. Customers should pay attention to their train travel schedule again," said KAI VP Public Relations Joni Martinus as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, July 1.

Joni said there were 27 train trips that had changed schedules or stop stations.

He mentioned the list of trains that experienced operational changes as of July 1, 2024, for departures at Pasar Senen Station, namely;

1. KA 246A Bengawan, departing Pasar Senen Station 05.55 WIB, departing Jatinegara Station 06.09 WIB;

2. KA 148A Sawunggalih, departing Pasar Senen Station 07.05 WIB, departing Jatinegara Station 07.19 WIB;

3. KA 224A North Kutojaya, departs Pasar Senen Station 08.55 WIB, departs Jatinegara Station 09.09 WIB;

4. KA 152B Tawang Jaya Premium, departing Pasar Senen Station 09.50 WIB, departs Jatinegara Station 10.05 WIB;

5. KA 170A Tegal Bahari, departing Pasar Senen Station 10.25 WIB, departing for Jatinegara Station 10.39 WIB;

6. KA 234A Mataraja, departing Pasar Senen Station 10.40 WIB, departing for Jatinegara Station 10.54 WIB;

2. KA 50A Argo Parahyangan, departed Gambir Station 13.10 WIB (no change), with the stop of Jatinegara, Bekasi, Cimahi, Bandung (previously did not stop in Jatinegara);

3. KA 52A Argo Parahyangan, departs Gambir Station 07.20 WIB (previously departed at 07.25 WIB), with the station stopping Jatinegara, Bekasi, Cimahi, Bandung (previously not stopping in Jatinegara);

Next, departure at Bandung Station, namely;

1. KA 43A Argo Parahyangan, departed Bandung Station 05.25 WIB (previously departed at 06.00 WIB), with the stop station Cimahi, Bekasi, Jatinegara, Gambir (previously did not stop in Jatinegara);

2. KA 39B Argo Parahyangan, departs for Bandung Station 11.30 WIB (no change), with stop stations Cimahi, Bekasi, Jatinegara, Gambir (previously did not stop in Bekasi and Jatinegara);

Furthermore, the departure at Purwokerto Station, namely KA 180A Baturraden Express, departed for Purwokerto Station at 22.00 WIB (previously departed at 20.00 WIB).

"With this change in operating pattern, it is hoped that the public will continue to use safe, comfortable, and safe rail mass transportation services," said Joni.
