Menteri ATR/BPN: Jawa Barat Jadi Target Percepatan Kota Lengkap
JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) said West Java is one of the provinces whose target of achieving the complete city will be accelerated.
"We want to pursue more and more complete urban districts in West Java, this is in the process," AHY said after attending the 2024 EL Run event in Bandung, West Java, quoted from Antara, Sunday, June 30.
AHY said, West Java is the province with the largest population in Indonesia. Land issues in this province are also considered quite complex.
AHY said that he often visits the West Java region to solve land problems, including eradicating the land mafia.
"I actually come to West Java quite often to convince that the work of the ATR/BPN ministries in West Java Province and the 27 regencies/cities here can be found and all the targets can be accelerated," said AHY.
The Minister of ATR/BPN also hopes to complete the land target for West Java and other provinces in Indonesia.
"If all electronic certification is done, I have declared it at Gedung Sate, please pray that we can accelerate again," said AHY.
Previously, AHY encouraged 16 cities/districts in West Java to follow the steps of 11 cities/districts with complete status, such as Bandung City.
