Deputy NasDem Regarding Usung Anies In The Jakarta Regional Head Election: Only Allah And Surya Paloh Know
JAKARTA - The NasDem Party has not yet determined a political stance regarding the candidate for governor (cagub) to be promoted in the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada. Including the possibility of carrying Anies Baswedan back forward in the Jakarta gubernatorial election.
Deputy General Chairperson (Waketum) of the NasDem Party, Ahmad Ali, revealed that his party was still in the discussion stage with other political parties (political parties) before determining the figure to be carried in the Jakarta Pilkada. NasDem, he said, was also still considering the results of the cagub candidate survey before determining the figures who ran in the Jakarta Pilkada.

As is known, Anies Baswedan has officially obtained support from the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) to run for the Jakarta Pilkada. PKS carries Anies and duets him with the Deputy Chairperson of Majlis Syuro, Sohibul Iman.
PKS President Ahmad Syaikhu said the decision was taken after considering input from PKS cadres in DKI Jakarta.
