General Manager of KCIC Corporate Secretary Eva Chairunisa explained that currently the daily average passenger volume reaches 17,000 people per day.

Eva said the increase in volume this weekend was also influenced by the moment of school holidays which are currently starting.

Many family passengers useASH for vacations in Jakarta or in Bandung.

KCIC thanks the entire community who already useASH. Since commercial operation on October 17, 2024, warehousing has served 3.5 million passengers," he said, in Jakarta, Friday, June 28.

This figure shows good public trust in making it a mode of choice. We will continue to maintain this to improve good job services at stations and travel," continued Eva.

Eva said that gradually the average daily passenger was also increasing. In June, the average number of taxi passengers per day reached 17,200 passengers.

"This number increased by 3 percent when compared to the daily average of passengers in May of 16,700 or an increase of 26 percent compared to April's 13,600 passengers per day," he said.

According to Eva, this increase is also supported by the gradual addition of MAYH travel.

Of the 14 trips, 28 trips, 36 trips, 40 trips, and 48 trips per day since December 2023.

"Short, comfortable, and high timeliness travel is an added value as to why people choose Whoosh," said Eva.

Eva said innovations such as canceling and changing schedules online, implementing dynamic rates, group booking services, Frequent Right Card, Reliable Contact Center, tourism destination cooperation, and increasing intermodal integration are also important factors that affect the gradual increase in the number ofPORTed passengers.

KCIC will continue to collaborate with all stakeholders to provide innovation and service improvement. The hope is that more people will switch from private transportation to environmentally friendly public transportation," concluded Eva.
