Anies explained that the MRT has implemented a strict health protocol since entering the station area. All passengers are also measured for temperature and must wear masks properly.
"While inside the Ratangga, it is forbidden to chat or talk on the phone", he said.
He said the capacity of Ratangga before imposing strict health protocols was 144-158 both seated and standing passengers, after the strict health protocol is applied, the capacity was reduced to only 62-67 people in 1 train.
"The reduction in the number aims to enable passengers to keep their distance from each other while on the train", he said.
