This Toyota Fortuner Has Been Transformed Into A More Menterenging

JAKARTA - The Toyota Fortuner model has a dashing style and a high practicality level thanks to its bongsor dimension. However, for the TCD Asia SUV it can be modified "upgrade".

The car, named Toyota Hyper-F Concept, has a more assertive and aggressive design when compared to its standards, even far from its original design. The SUV is now appearing at the Bangkok Auto Salon 2024 exhibition which took place on June 26-30.

Reporting from Carscoops, Friday, June 28, this car has extensive visuals so that the concept looks ready to run. The front is equipped with large grips, giant takes, splitters, and ventilated hoods.

The profile section features a wide sepabor extension with aftermarket rims covered in Dunlop tires. Then, this Fortuner is added to the deeper sideskirt as a place for exhaust pipes.

Moving back, TCD Asia gave him a large diffuser with an aerodynamic extension on the counter and rear spoiler. Inside, the three-line stock Fortuner layout of seven seats has been replaced with four individual bucket seats.

In addition, companies such as Mitsui Chemicals and APRK Corporation supply several high-tech materials for the development of the concept. This includes TAFNEX CF/PP, a type of polypropylene resin that is reinforced by carbon fibers, while other components are printed 3D directly from plastic pellets.

Unfortunately, the modifier did not disclose further specifications regarding the Hyper-F Concept. However, they describe his work as a high-performance concept car and there is most likely an increase in power on this Fortuner.

This is also reinforced by the aggressive appearance of the car supported by lower suspensions and high-performance braking.

Now, Toyota Fortuner has entered its second generation introduced in 2015. During this period, this large-body SUV has undergone a number of changes or facelifts in recent years. However, Fortuner does not yet have a high performance version.

However, the Japanese manufacturer presents the GR Sport variant which highlights the side of the sporty display compared to improving performance.

Toyota Fortuner GR Sport has a number of aggressive elements typical of Gazoo Racing (GR) such as bumper looking sporty, monotube damping, disc brakes from GR, 20-inch rims, aluminum pedals from GR, and start buttons.

In Thailand, this car received an update last year including the heart runway sector. Equipped with a 1GD-FTV 2.8 liter 4-cylinder engine with a turbodiesel alert has been upgraded to 221 dk and a 550 Nm torque.

Although the heart runway sector is increased, Toyota is still embedding an automatic transmission system of six accelerations combined with four-wheel drive and a middle shift.

The GR Sport variant is also sold in Indonesia with a price tag of IDR 610.4 million On The Road DKI Jakarta. Designated for the Southeast Asia and Africa markets, this car is assembled locally at a factory owned by PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) located in Karawang, West Java.
