Suitcase Left Behind While On A KLM Plane, Ridwan Kamil: What Is Wrong With You?
JAKARTA - Former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil complained about the services of airlines from the Netherlands, KLM or Royal Dutch Airlines.
The man who is familiarly called Kang Emil admitted that he was surprised because his suitcase and his family were often left behind and separated from the destination airport.
"Our complaint to KLM @klm bad service. What is wrong business you?" Kang Emil wrote on his Instagram account, Wednesday, June 26.
Kang Emil also shared various incidents of underdeveloped suitcases experienced by his family. Starting from him who several months ago landed at New Castle England using a KLM and his suitcase is still left in Amsterdam.
"You have to fight first with customer service at a slow airport," he said.
Kang Emil also shared that his mother-in-law used a KLM plane two months ago and mwndarat in New Castle, England, also suffered a suitcase incident left in Amsterdam.
Then, it's been a week, Ridwan Kamil's sister's suitcase traveling on the London-Amsterdam-Jakarta route hasn't arrived yet. In fact, the person concerned has already paid for extra baggage.
"Mrs. @ataliapr and Zara, my wife's children, arrived in the country last night, without 4 suitcases as well. New Castle-Amsterdam-Jakarta, Left in transit in Amsterdam," said Kang Emil.

From the case that happened to him and his family, Kang Emil suggested that people not use the oldest airline as much as possible for trips to Europe.
"If there is another option to go to Europe, it's better not to use KLM. Because this incident often and the transfer distance between routes is too short for 1-2 hours. So that passengers can transfer, but the suitcase did not have time to transfer," he added.
