4 Hypnotical Gangs In Pelalawan Riau Arrested By Police

Four gangs of hypnotized perpetrators with the agate mode of a red sickle were arrested by the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) of the Pelalawan Police, Riau, last Saturday. They have acted in 11 different locations in various areas in Riau.

Head of the Pelalawan Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Iptu Kris Topel, said the four arrested perpetrators were AS (51) who were recidivist of the theft case. SH (46) recidivist of theft cases, M (59) and IN (46), recidivist of fraud cases.

From his confession, the perpetrators have acted in 11 different locations in Pelalawan Regency, Dumai City, Rokan Hilir, Rokan Hulu, Duri, Bengkalis, and Siak.

"They are hypnotized specialists with the mode of usingbribery red stones. The incident occurred in front of the Islamic Center Center Mosque, Pangkalan Kerinci City, Pelalawan Regency, Riau," said Iptu Kris Topel, Tuesday, June 25.

Kris explained that this gang's hypnotized act was first exposed on Friday last week. Then on Thursday they took action in front of a glass clear shop, Pangkalan Kerinci District.

"From public information, the Pelalawan Police Satreskrim conducted an investigation and it was known that the perpetrators were four people. The four perpetrators were recidivists of the same case," he said.

In action, the perpetrators used white Daihatsu Sigra vehicles. They always move to Rengat City, Indragiri Hilir Regency

After being stalked and followed, the perpetrator was finally arrested while in the parking lot of the Dangau Hotel, Sorek Satu Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency.

From the perpetrators, the police confiscated evidence in the form of two small black jugs and gold, two redtegers, 11 agates, and a car used by the perpetrators.

"The perpetrator was charged with Article 378 of the Criminal Code regarding fraud with a threat of four years in prison," he concluded.
