Tomorrow's Pretrial Session Of Pegi Setiawan Of The Vina Cirebon Case, Bandung District Court-West Java Police Coordination Security

JAKARTA - The pretrial hearing proposed by the main suspect, Pegi Setiawan, for the murder of Vina and Eky in Cirebon will be held at the Bandung District Court, tomorrow, Monday, June 24 morning.

The head of the Bandung District Court, John Sarman Saragih, said that his party had coordinated with the police to provide security so that the trial would take place in a conducive manner.

"Our internal security coordinates with the Bandung District Court. Then external security also coordinates with the police and other officers," said John in Bandung, Sunday, June 23, as quoted by Antara.

John ensured that the pretrial hearing proposed by the Legal Team to Go to Setiawan would run professionally and be free from the interference of other parties.

"Therefore, I still ask and ask that we entrust it to the court so that the best decisions will be given from the Bandung District Court," he said.

Furthermore, in the trial his party had appointed a single judge, Eman Sulaeman and would be accompanied by a substitute clerk Ahmad Al Atta.

"The completeness of the trial process has been fulfilled optimally. It is clean, tidy, other equipment, both the needs of the media in order to cover, we have prepared it optimally and completely," he said.

Previously, Tuesday, June 11, as many as 22 attorneys for the suspect, Pegi Setiawan, filed a pretrial lawsuit against the Bandung District Court.

Meanwhile, the Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Pol Jules Abraham Abast, said that his party had formed a legal team to face a pretrial lawsuit filed by Pegi Setiawan's attorney.

"In handling the pretrial lawsuit that was faced, of course we have prepared a team from the attorney of the West Java Regional Police," he said.

He emphasized that the West Java Regional Police were ready to face the pretrial lawsuit. In fact, he has prepared documents to face a pretrial lawsuit.

"This team has been formed and of course to face a pretrial lawsuit from the attorney of the suspect PS," he said.
