Welcoming Jakarta's 497th Anniversary, Laleilmanino Presents Djakarta With Various Music Elements
JAKARTA - Three talented composers, Laleilmanino, released a unique musical work entitled 'Djakarta', they presented this work on June 22 to celebrate the 497th anniversary of Jakarta.
In this song that takes the theme of life for Jakarta residents, Laleilmanino collaborates with several musicians to collaborate such as the Diskoria composer duo, rapper Cécil Yang, and traditional music activist Yusuf Oeblet. The various genre musicians who collaborate are the efforts of the Laleilmanino experiment to combine various musical colors according to the different human patterns of Jakarta.
Single Djakakarta itself was released under the banner of Floor Inc., one of the sub-labels from Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia which is indeed focused on EDM and hip-hop music releases.
As a lyricist, Nino Kayam revealed that the song Djakarta was inspired by his personal journey with his father and his growth and development experience in Jakarta.
This song takes a lot of stories from fathers who migrate from Kebumen to Jakarta. As an immigrant, my father often misses my hometown and gets on the train," said Nino. From that story, in this latest single, Laleilmanino told many stories of separations and encounters at Jatinegara Station.

Nino, who founded the lyric department, said that lyrics such as "pleasateness is not just wealth" or "reliable life always brings laughter" is their observation when interacting with residents from various social classes.
