DKPP Gives Ethics Education For The Bekasi Regency KPU
BEKASI - The Honorary Council of Election Organizers (DKPP) of the Republic of Indonesia provides ethical education to the ranks of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Bekasi Regency, West Java, during a working visit to the central area of the industrial area.
"Essentially, we provide ethical education to the Bekasi Regency KPU regarding the duties and capacity of election organizers," said Head of Public Relations of Information Technology Data at DKPP RI Bugi Kurnia Widianto in Cikarang, Saturday.
Bugi Kurnia explained that ethical education is important to prevent general election organizers from stumbling over cases of violations of the code of ethics as well as in order to realize safe and successful elections in accordance with statutory regulations.
He emphasized the importance of strengthening the synergy of all organizers so that they are able to carry out their duties and obligations in accordance with the authority and norms in the code of ethics attached to the organizers.

"This synergy is a form of our prevention effort so that the Bekasi Regency KPU in carrying out its duties can always run on the track," he said.
The provision of education regarding ethical education, he said, also aims to be an enlightenment for election organizers, especially to the ranks of the Bekasi Regency KPU.
"Ethic education is a form of enlightenment for the friends of the Bekasi Regency KPU because we are also the organizers of the election. Therefore, ethical education needs to be improved again," he said.
Chairman of the Bekasi Regency KPU Ali Rido appreciated the provision of education regarding ethical education by the Indonesian DKPP during a working visit because it could increase the insight and capacity of the election organizers in the area.
"We also continue to be committed to carrying out the mandate and responsibility as election organizers by always referring to the code of ethics in order to avoid all types of potential violations," he said.
