Regarding Immigration System Disorders Make Delay Flights, Garuda Boss: Passengers Come Early
The President Director of Garuda Indonesia, Irfan Setiaputra, admitted that the disruption to the immigration system made people queue at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
"So, this is normal for an ecosystem like this. There must be a delay, passengers are also complaining, but we are accompanying it," he said when met at Danareksa Tower, Jakarta, Friday, June 21.
Irfan admitted that his party had asked all Garuda Indonesia passengers to arrive early.
"We are not this typical, a company that when our friends are in trouble, then we scream, then the President Director of Garuda reprimands the Director General of Immigration. No, we work together, help together," he said.
"Earlier I said, we did ask the passengers to arrive early," he continued.

He said Garuda Indonesia provides assistance to passengers who are approaching boarding time.
"There are some ordinary things, a little bit of delay, a little late, that's okay. We make sure we bring all the passengers," he explained.
