Voice Of Baceprot Will Introduce Indonesia On The Glastonbury Festival Stage
Voice of Baceprot (VoB) made history as the first Indonesian musician to appear at the Glastonbury Festival. They will appear on June 28, side by side with big names such as Coldplay, Dua Lipa, and SZA.
For his appearance later, VoB intends to introduce wealth from Indonesian culture. Marsya (vocals, guitars), Widi (bass), and Siti (drums) will wear clothes in typical Nusantara fabrics.
"So, (wearing) clothes but there are cloth attacheds from various regions," said Siti in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Friday, June 21.
Marsya agrees with what Siti said. VoB personnel want a distinctive Indonesian element when they appear in front of music lovers from all over the world who are coming.
Furthermore, Marsya said that the band will appear for about 45 minutes at the Glastonbury Festival, but they have not yet determined what songs to perform.

"The setlist is still changing, but given about 30 to 45 minutes of gigs. And for the stage action, we just flow, it's comfortable for the three of us," said Marsya.
Currently, VoB personnel are still preparing themselves, they want to give their best performance in front of the audience who come.
"Obviously it is still continuing to improve what must be perfected until the last minute," said Marsya.
"At least, for example, we are not optimal, we have prepared," he said.
