Kejari Bima Gaet Inspectorate Telusur Losses Negara Corruption KUR BSI
NTB - Investigators from the Bima District Attorney's Office (Kejari) are investigating a case of alleged corruption in the distribution of people's business credit funds (KUR) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bima Soetta 2 Sub-Branch Office (KCP).
Head of the Special Crimes Section of the Bima Kejari, Catur Hidayat, said that his party was tracing state financial losses in this case by coordinating with the inspectorate.
"The coordination with the Bima Regency Inspectorate," Catur said by telephone, Wednesday, June 19, was confiscated by Antara.
He did not conclude that coordination with this inspectorate was part of the audit request for calculating state financial losses.
"It's still limited to coordination, later in that direction (the request for an audit)," he said.
In the process of distributing KUR funds in 2021 and 2022, there were allegations of not being on target and a fictitious recipient. This resulted in the emergence of a record of arrears in credit payments with a potential loss of Rp. 8 billion.
Untuk mengungkap kepastian hukum dari adanya dugaan demikian, kejaksaan secara marathon memeriksa para saksi yang sebagian besarnya berasal dari kalangan penerima dengan jumlah besarnya 100 orang.
Apart from the recipient, inspections were also carried out on the banking sector, both employees and internal auditors.
From BSI, the prosecutor's office has also received money that is suspected of being the result of corruption from the distribution of KUR funds with a value of Rp. 104 million.

By conveying the development of the case, Catur ensured that his party in handling this case had not revealed the role of the suspect.
"Later, if there are audit results, complete evidence, we will convey the results," he said.
Kejari Bima menangani kasus ini berdasarkan laporan masyarakat. Terungkap dalam laporan, BSI menyalurkan dana KUR pada periode 2021 dan 2022 sebesar Rp13 miliar.
The recipients of the BSI KUR funds come from the community who run businesses in agriculture and livestock.
