PSSI Fully Supports The Road Football National Team To Eliminate Achievements At HWC 2024
JAKARTA - The All-Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) fully supports the Indonesian homeless soccer national team to make achievements at the 2024 Homeless World Cup (HWC) in September.
"The Indonesian homeless football national team has fought for Indonesia without stigma and discrimination through world level achievements," said PSSI General Chair Erick Thohir through his personal Instagram account: @erickthohir after meeting with Indonesian soccer national team players, quoted from Antara, Tuesday 18 June.
He explained that the Indonesian street soccer national team had made a brilliant achievement by winning the Lassen Park Award at the Homeless World Cup world championship in Sacramento, United States in 2023.
Erick hopes that in HWC 2024, the Indonesian national team will again make achievements that will make Indonesia proud in the world arena.
He encouraged the road football national team to continue to develop into a tough national team and be increasingly respected by other countries.
"Keep going. Prove that everyone has the same right to justice and opportunity in every way," he concluded.
