Jakarta Social Service Secures 328 Homeless People To Silver Humans For Five Months

Head of the Central Jakarta Social Service Sub-dept., Abdul Salam, said that in the last five months his party had netted around 328 social welfare service providers (PPKS) in Central Jakarta.

A total of 328 PPKS caught consisted of homeless people, silver people,malos, to manusia gerobak.

"We urge people who want to try their luck in Jakarta to have skills and work skills, so as not to increase the number of PPKS in Jakarta or increase the unemployment rate," Abdul told reporters, Sunday, June 16.

Abdul further said that a person's skills will become capital for them to survive in Jakarta.

"No matter how it is now, there are many PPKS on the road, because of course they don't have relatives, so when they look for life but it's not fulfilled, it means they are undermining or appearing asrafkers," he said.

Previously, it was reported that as many as seven homeless people and one person with mental disorders (ODGJ) were caught in a raid by joint officers in a number of stalls in the Senen area, Central Jakarta on Friday, June 14, evening.

"Eight PPKS people (Social welfare service agents) who were caught were secured and sent to the Kedoya social institution, West Jakarta. This activity took place safely and conducively, there was no resistance," said Head of Satpol PP Senen District, Aries to reporters.
