Indonesia U-20 Is Not Afraid To Face Group F Of The 2025 U-20 Asian Cup Qualification
JAKARTA - Indonesia U-20 is in Group F of the 2025 U-20 Asian Cup Qualification with Yemen, Timor Leste, and Maldives.
Indonesia was also designated as the host of the qualifying round in the draw on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the AFC headquarters, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Indra Sjafri as the head coach of Indonesia U-20 admitted that he was not afraid to face these opponents. Moreover, the qualifying party was held at home.
"Information is important for us to face the 2025 Asian Cup Qualifiers. We are here with all the teams, watching, receiving, and grateful for the results."

Indonesia U-20 is indeed preparing seriously for the tournament that lies ahead. Not only the 2025 Asian Cup Qualification, they will also compete in the 2024 ASEAN Championship U-19 (AFF U-19 Cup) next month in Indonesia.

"Because our dream is big, as a big country we don't just want to qualify for the 2025 U-20 Asian Cup. After previously in 2018 we almost achieved it, this time we will try again. We will also reach the U-20 World Cup," said the coach again.
There are 45 teams participating in the 2025 Asian Cup Qualification which are divided into 10 groups. Five of them contain five participants and five other groups are inhabited by four participants.
The 2025 Asian Cup qualification will be played on September 21-29, 2024.
The winners of each group will immediately qualify for the 2025 Asian Cup finals. While the other five tickets are contested through the best second place.
Apart from that, China will host the 2025 Asian Cup which will take place on 6-23 February 2025.
