Ford Pamer Mustang GTD 2025 Complete With Performance Packages And Luxury Interior

JAKARTA - Ford revealed information on the Mustang GTD which was inspired by racing cars when tested at the N\"ourburgring circuit, Germany. This car has not been officially launched, only this weekend for the celebration of 24 Hours of Le Mans 2024 in France.

The Ford Mustang GTD 2025 is designed as the most extreme Mustang variant. Inspired by track cars such as Porsche GT3 Hospital, GTD offers wild performance for its owners. Wider carbon fiber body width, onboard rear suspension, dual-clutch eight transmission acceleration, and a V8 5.2 liter supercharged engine powered by more than 800 dk is in the spotlight.

Many sports cars excel in one way. However, in order for a car to record a quick round in N\"urburgring, the car must be great at everything. Hoist, grip, braking, acceleration, not a single area can't shine," said GTD Mustang Chief Engineer Greg Goodall, in a manufacturer's official release, June 12.

He also added that his party had learned from the motorsport how to make the GTD Mustang superior anywhere, from the light carbon fiber body in each GTD to the active aerodynamic side of the Performa package, so that it could reach a round of less than seven minutes on the N\"ourburgring circuit.

The Performa package itself comes with an active aerodynamics package, including the Drag Reduction System (DRS) inspired by F1. This package also includes a new front fascia complete with a large dive plane and active DRS elements at the back.

This Performance package also brings equipment from optional Light Packages, which include 20-inch magnesium rims and partial removal of standard sound dampers. Ford claims this setting is crucial to break the N\"ourburgring round time record under 7 minutes.

This special Mustang GTD variant also features an exterior series wrapped in paintless carbon fibers including an engine hood, roof, and rear trunk cover that are all coated with carbon fibers without paint, with a paint line option for a little contrast. Consumers can also choose a Grabber Blue, Race Red, or black caliber brake.

Luxury And Functional Interior

The GTD interior is dominated by a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel and a 13.2-inch entertainment screen. The Recaro bucket seat is said to guarantee that the driver remains stable while maneuvering, while the new flat-bottom steering circle is right in front of the driver. Installed at the steering wheel is a 3D printed titanium slider bench. The steering circle is also equipped with all the buttons needed to set the performance directly, including the adjustment of the suspension and exhaust.

The interior also brings new physical buttons for the track application page, as well as the front nose lifting system.

The Mustang GTD was originally only aimed at the United States market. But now it is open to the European market. Orders for the European market will officially open on June 13, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. Central European time through The MostangGTD.com.
