Pansel Capim And Dewas Call The KPK Will Participate In The Candidate Value
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will later be asked to provide input when the Capim and KPK Selection Committee (Pansel) begins the profile assessment stage or candidate assessment.
This was conveyed by the Chairman of the Capim Pansel and the KPK Council Yusuf Atek after holding a closed audience with the Temporary Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Wednesday, June 12. Initially, he said he had heard a lot of input from the head of the anti-corruption commission.
"It's very long (discussion, ed). There is a lot of information that was conveyed earlier about the institutionality of the KPK, the expected figure, difficulties, shortcomings, and advantages that became his experiences during this period," Yusuf told reporters at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.
In the hearing, the KPK Temporary Chairperson Nawawi Pomolango was present; Deputy Chairperson of the KPK Alexander Marwata, Nurul Ghufron, and Johanis Tanak; and Secretary General of the KPK Cahya H. Harefa.
Yusuf ensured that every input submitted by the head of the anti-corruption commission would be a concern. In fact, they will apply the standards in accordance with the submission of Nawawi Pomolango et al.
"And we also ask for help later to provide clarification to the candidates for the leadership of the KPK who will later register in this selection," he said.

Later, other institutions will also be asked to ensure that the candidates have a suitable track record to lead the anti-corruption commission's work. Yusuf said this at the same time complements the test process that must be carried out by the candidates.
"Then the second problem is, later there will be several series of tests, while we will see the results," concluded Yusuf.
