Mitsubishi Philippines Prepare All New Outlander, Launch This Year?

JAKARTA - The year 2024 will be a busy year for the Mitsubishi Motors Philippines (MMCC), various models will be launched such as Triton which was redesigned earlier this year, to the launch of XForce which will debut globally in Indonesia next month.

Quoting from the Top Gear PH page, Tuesday, June 11, the MMPC also appears to be developing another model, namely Mitsubishi Outlander which is redesigned or the fourth generation.

The news refers to an image that was shared by the Philippine Mitsubishi regarding the planned launch of the model some time ago, a silhouette of the first two models of the All New model and the MID SUV.

The presence of All New Mitsubishi Outlander is increasingly evident based on a recent Memorandum Circular published by the Land Transportation Service (LTO). Tertuang, LTO has approved local homologation for a redesigned Outlander.

The document supports the fact that this is the fourth generation model of the model, proof that the dimensions shared are the same, which is 4,709 mm long, and both wide, high and wheelbase are the same.

It is estimated that there will be two variants of All New Mitsubishi Outlander. Based on the documents, the variant in question are Premium and Touring, the name of the variant is the same as the North American market model.

The two variants come with only one choice of powertrain, namely a 2.4 liter plug-in hybrid. The setup of the double motorbike provides a driving of all wheels and a combined output of 248 hp and 451 Nm torque.

Not much information has been obtained, including the price, but it is estimated that the price will be more competitive after the product is launched.
