Consistently Implementing Small Business Empowerment Program, Bank DKI Receives Appreciation From Bank Indonesia
JAKARTA - Bank DKI has again received appreciation from Bank Indonesia, this time Bank DKI along with 13 other banks were named Bank Business Matching Financing MSMEs. The award was received directly by the Director of Retail & Sharia Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus at the closing ceremony Jakarta Creative Festival 2024 which was held in Jakarta on Sunday 9 June.
Henky expressed his appreciation for the award given, as well as giving the view that banks are currently experiencing a tight era of competition. Therefore, Bank DKI is committed to adapting, developing, and innovating continuously, as an effort to continue to grow sustainably.
"This award is also an encouragement for Bank DKI to continue to develop digital products and services, including support for the MSME sector, which is the backbone of the economy, as a form of support for achieving the vision of Jakarta, Global City," said Henky, in his statement, Tuesday, June 11.
Jakarta Creative Festival 2024 is an annual activity organized by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government together with Bank Indonesia, with the aim of promoting and developing the creative economy sector in Jakarta. This festival is also filled by business actors from various fields, such as fashion, culinary, music, fine arts, and technology.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi believes that digitalization is the key to accelerating regional economic growth.
"Bank DKI will continue to work hard to expand the reach of digital services and invest in the latest technology to provide added value to the community and regions," added Arie.

In the same event, Bank DKI participated by providing digital tax payment services by collaborating with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Bapenda. Bank DKI also introduces various digital products and services owned to facilitate non-cash banking transactions.
Financial Support For MSMEs
Bank DKI has made various efforts to encourage the growth of MSMEs, including the digitalization program for the PD Pasar Jaya management market, which allows traders and buyers in the market ecosystem, to use digital service access through QRIS to pay for buying and selling transactions, to access to payment of contributions and market levies that can be made through JakOne Mobile Bank DKI.
Including various choices of products and services that are easily accessible to MSMEs, such as micro credit and MSMEs, as well as People's Business Credit (KUR) which can also be done through Bank DKI as one of the channeling banks.
In addition, the latest in other aspects, to support tourism, Bank DKI presents the Jakarta Tourist Pass, which is a collaboration between Bank DKI and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office in providing digital solutions for tourists in the City of Jakarta that make it easier for tourists to access popular destinations, transportation, and other tourism services in Jakarta.
