Simon Aloysius Mantiri Replaces Ahok's Position As President Commissioner Of Pertamina
JAKARTA - PT Pertamina (Persero) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2023 financial year today, Monday 10 June.
In this AGMS, the Ministry of SOEs as the main shareholder decided to make changes to the composition of the Pertamina Board of Commissioners by appointing Simon Aloysius Mantiri as President Commissioner of Pertamina, and assigning Mr. Condro Kirono as Pertamina's Independent Commissioner.
Previously, the position of President Commissioner of Pertamina was occupied by Basuki Tjahaya Purnama alias Ahok who resigned on February 2.
For information, Simon is a member of the Gerindra Party's DPP Board of Trustees and has held the position of Deputy Treasurer of the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN).
