AHY Reveals Potential Economic Added Value From PTSL Capai Program IDR 215.8 Trillion

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) said that the Complete Systematic Land Registration program (PTSL) launched by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) since 2017 has succeeded in increasing Indonesia's economic growth to Rp215.8 trillion.

He conveyed this in his presentation on his 100-day achievement as Minister of ATR/BPN on the media gathering agenda at his office, Friday, June 7.

"It turns out that the 100 working days that we present are income tax of Rp1.4 trillion, duties for land and building rights (BPHTB) amounting to Rp5.6 trillion, non-tax state revenue (PNBP) Rp596.7 billion and the largest of responsibilities rights (HT) of Rp208.1 trillion. So, the total aggregate is Rp215.8 trillion in 100 days," said AHY.

"This is an added economic value that can be presented from everything we do (for 100 working days)," he continued.

AHY said, in 2017 there were 46 million certified plots of land. Meanwhile, until June 2024 the number has reached 113, 3 million plots of land. This is a joint effort made by AHY and his staff for 100 working days.

"In 2017, when the PTSL program was launched, 46 million land parcels were registered. As of February 110 million and thank God, in the last 100 days we have succeeded in adding 2.4 million registered land parcels. So, today there are 113.3 million plots of land," he said.

He also asked for support from all parties so that the target of 120 million registered land parcels can be achieved in the future.

"Please pray and support from all of you. Hopefully by the end of 2024, 120 million plots of land can actually be achieved," he added.
