100 Days As Minister Of ATR/BPN, This Is A Row Of Tasks Managed By AHY

JAKARTA - Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) explained his performance as Minister of Agrarian Spatial Planning/Head of the State Land Agency (ATR/BPN) during his 100 days in office. It is known, he has a 100 working day program focused on resolving priority issues in the ministry he leads.

AHY also revealed what has been done since he served as Minister of ATR/Head of BPN. First, the complete systematic land registration program (PTSL).

To date, 113.3 million plots of land have been successfully registered. AHY said as many as 2.4 million plots of land were successfully registered during his 100-day leadership.

"As of February (2024) 110 million land. In the last 100 days 2.4 million land parcels have been registered. So, today there are 113.3 million plots of land. Hopefully by the end of 2024 (achieved) 120 million plots of land," AHY said in a media gathering at his office, Friday, June 7.

He explained, from the program there was an added value of the economy reaching Rp215.8 trillion. AHY detailed, as much as Rp1.4 trillion from income tax (PPH), duties for land and building rights (BPHTB) of Rp5.6 trillion, non-tax state revenues (PNBP) 596.7 billion and dependent rights (HT) of Rp208.1 trillion.

In addition, AHY said that the issuance of electronic certificates per day has reached 62,753 certificates. There are an additional 42,951 electronic certificates within 100 working days.

To support electronic certificate programs, his party encourages land offices (cantahs) that are able to operate electronic services. Within 100 working days, AHY managed to add 102 orders that provide electronic services.

"This year is actually 104, I think it is much faster. For that, we have as many targets as possible. If necessary, we will develop it. This means that there are targets that we can exceed in a shorter time," he said.

During his 100-day performance, AHY managed to add 20 complete cities/districts. According to him, the program is important because it is related to spatial policies taken by the local government.

"Within 100 days there will be an additional 20 cities/districts, there are several additions. Still far from the target of 104? This is not all 0 percent in progress, there are 75 percent, 80 percent. So, next month there will be more, wider coverage for the declaration of a complete district city," he said.

As for the realization of the spatial planning plan (RDTR) until June 2024, as many as 508 from the previous 433. AHY said the program was still far from the RDTR target of around 2,000.

"The issuance of the Adjustment of Spatial Utilization Activities (KKPR) is needed by those who want to build an industry, investments can be issued KKPR documents. As of February, there were 1,811. From February to June there were 587 KKPR documents with an estimated investment value of IDR 58.28 trillion documents," he added.
