Pertamina Patra Niaga Add 11.4 Million Elpiji 3 Kg, Fulfill Eid Needs

JAKARTA Pertamina Patra Niaga has increased the distribution of 3 kilograms of LPG (kg) to 11.4 million tubes nationally to meet the needs of the community in Eid al-Adha 2024.

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga's Corporate Secretary, Irto Ginting, said this addition was to anticipate an increase in the demand for 3 kg LPG for the community during Eid al-Adha which also coincided with the weekend.

"With this addition, we hope that the 3 kg LPG needs can be met so that people do not need to worry and can calmly carry out a series of activities at Eid al-Adha 2024. This additional distribution will be carried out in stages through Agents to Pangkalan starting today until Eid al-Adha later," explained Irto through his statement, Friday, June 7.

Irto appealed to the public to buy 3 kg LPG at Pertamina's official base so that bjsa would get the highest retail price (HET) set by the regional governments of each region.

Pertamina Patra Niaga also ensures that LPG's national stock is safe and currently at the level of 18 days.

"We make sure the stock in Pangkalan is always there and 3 kg LPG is sold according to HET. If it's in retail, it's beyond our authority," explained Irto.

In addition to ensuring the availability of 3 kg LPG, Pertamina Patra Niaga also guarantees the availability of non-subsidized LPGs, namely Bright Gas, which is available in the field both in Pangkalan and modern outlets, which are certainly easy for the public to access.
