Minister Basuki Regarding 12 ASN Flats Towers At IKN: God Willing, August Can Operate
JAKARTA - Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono targets 12 flat towers (rusun) for ASN, Polri and BIN and Paspampres in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) to be operational in August 2024.
Basuki said that the residential houses of ASN, Polri and BIN as well as Paspampres in IKN total 47 towers and now 14 towers have been topping off.
"Later, in August, God willing, as many as 12 flat towers will be able to operate," he said at a Working Meeting with Commission V DPR RI in Jakarta, Thursday.
The Ministry of PUPR revealed that the progress of the National Police and BIN housing in IKN reached 58 percent, ASN occupancy with 53 percent progress, and 48 percent Paspampres Residential Residential Budget
Meanwhile, the construction of the Ministerial Position Tax House at IKN progress has reached 91 percent.
For information, the Ministry of PUPR in this case is tasked with ensuring the certainty of the availability of infrastructure and facilities in IKN, while the IKN Authority will later regulate the details about filling or occupying the tower.
The Ministry of PUPR has accelerated the construction of a residential flat for government employees in the core area of IKN Nusantara in Sepaku District, North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan.
The residential flat is adjusted to the ASN level, the higher the ASN rank of residential flats will be wider and the smallest the area of the ASN residential flats is around 98 square meters.
