Today's trial agenda is to listen to statements from the parties, including complainants, defendants, witnesses, and related parties.

Previously, DKPP Secretary David Yama said the trial was held behind closed doors because it was related to immoral acts.

"The investigation of the main case related to decency will be held behind closed doors," said David Yama in his statement, Wednesday.

Previously informed, the examination of Hasyim Asy'ari stems from a complaint from victims of alleged immorality with the initials CAT who is a member of the National Election Committee (PPLN) of The Hague, Netherlands. CAT gave power to Aristo Pangaribuan, Uli Pangaribuan, and Abdul Toni to process this case.

In the subject of the complaint, the complainant argued that Hasyim prioritized his personal interests and provided special treatment to the complainant. In addition, Hasyim is also suspected of having used power relations to approach and establish relationships with the complainant.
