Today, The Constitutional Court Reads The Decision Of The 2024 Legislative Election Dispute
JAKARTA - The Constitutional Court (MK) has begun to hold a trial to read the verdict for the dispute over the results of the general election (PHPU) for the 2024 Legislative Election.
The verdict will last for three days, namely on June 6 to 7, 2024 and June 10, 2024.
Constitutional Justice, Enny Nurbangsing, said that the final limit for handling PHPU for the 2024 Legislative Election falls on June 10, 2024. This is as regulated in Constitutional Court Regulation Number 1 of 2024 concerning Stages, Activities, and Schedules for Handling PHPU Cases for members of the DPR, DPD, DPRD, and the President and Vice President are June 10, 2024.
A total of 106 readings of case decisions will be carried out after going through the stages of the evidentiary trial.

Based on the schedule listed on the official website of the Constitutional Court, 37 cases will be tried in the trial for the pronouncement of the verdict on Thursday, June 6. Meanwhile, on Friday, June 7, the Constitutional Court will read out the verdict of 38 cases.
Followed by 31 cases whose verdict will be read out at the PHPU handling limit, namely Monday, June 10, 2024.
