The Film Trailer Si Juki The Movie Harta Pulau Monkey Offers Exciting Adventure
JAKARTA - The film Si Juki The Movie: Harta Pulau Monkey will be released in Indonesian cinemas starting on 27 June. Ahead of the broadcast, the official trailer for the Falcon Pictures film was launched Wednesday, June 5.
This two-minute trailer provides an early picture of Si Juki and his friends' exciting adventures in finding treasure on a mysterious island.
The trailer launch event was attended by film voice actors, including Indra Jegel, Rigen Rakelna, Faza Meonk, Megan Domani, and Indro Warkop, Andovi Da Lopez, Coki Pardede, Sadana Agung, Windah Basudara, and Maya Wulan. These voice actors also shared their experiences in filling out the voices of the characters in this film.
Falcon Pictures producer Frederica is happy, the film Si Juki The Movie Harta Pulau Monkey finally opens in theaters. "I'm happy, the hope is that many people can watch it. Because, Indonesian animated films, not necessarily once a year. If this film is watched by many people, hopefully there will be many animated films by the nation's children in Indonesia," he said.
The creator of Si Juki's character, Faza Meonk, revealed that he had imagined who would be the voice actor when he started writing the screenplay. "I've written it since 2018, it's been 6 years. For the choice of the voice character, actually, when writing the script, I had imagined who this character was," Faza said.
Megan Domani, also admitted that she had a big challenge, when she had to be part of this film. "It plays Susi, who helps Juki find treasure. It's quite a challenge, because this is my first animated film, and at that time I was 16 years old, there wasn't much experience. I was with a senior cast, so I was nervous. But, Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly," he explained.

Andovi Da Lopez, who plays the role of the monkey commander, also admitted that he had difficulties. "Here are the difficulties. I had a workshop with My Friend and Faza, how humans can voice animal voices. And at that time, I watched animated films like Lion King," he said.
Maya Wulan also experienced difficulties. "The difficulty at that time had to use a Betawi accent. In fact, she was taught the Javanese Hajj, how the betawi accent was absent, or if Betawi Condet had more "e". Like that," he explained.
