Kaiyote's Hiatus Lifts The Theme Of Love ForTENness On Album That Launches June 28
JAKARTA - Mid-2024 is the right moment for Hiatus Kaiyote to release an album. This Australian Grammy nominee comes with a collection of the newest songs entitled Love Heart Cheat Code' which will be released June 28 through the Ninja Tune music label.
This album carries an unusual theme, namely the love of the plate. This practice is done by a couple who love each other but without any desire to do it sexually.
This can be heard clearly in the track title Love Heart Cheat Code' which is a manifestation of the platform's love between the four Hiatus Kaiyote personnel who are transformed into singles that have been released on all music streaming platforms.
One of the greatest powers of Hiatus Kaiyote is their ability to write music together through jamming sessions. The process was felt to be a magical and natural moment for them to work on.
"All the personnel in this band have their toys and sound, and I thought, 'how would it be if I set my little bass pedal in harmonic mode,' he said in a written broadcast.
Simon, who holds the keyboard, then puts the chord-chord in his 505 Paraphonic Roland synthesizer at his 505 Paraphonic Hospital which ends in a moment of enlightenment before finally vocalist Nai Palm gives her signature touch.
Love Heart Cheat Code is meaningless at once everything. Those words sound good in one sentence. But I believe that when we navigate ourselves in this life with love, everything will be fine and it will be the greatest cheat code in life. And I don't care if people think this sounds corny because I'm someone who's romantic," said Nai.
