This Man Was Desperate To Rob A Neighbor's House, Stove, NMAX Wheels Until The Iron Was Cooked

BALIKPAPAN - A man with the initials RY (21) was determined to steal from a neighbor's house. Household furniture until the jewelery is scratched.

The perpetrator acts when a neighbor's house is empty. Furniture items from stoves, gas cylinders, irons, gold necklaces, rings, NMAX LED lamps, NMAX wheels, GoPro cameras were stolen.

This theft occurred on February 24 in the early hours of the morning at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Klandasan Ulu, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. At that time the owner of the house was away until the perpetrator RY took action.

"After returning, the victim realized that his house was burglary. And immediately reported to the Balikpapan Police Chief of Police that his house was stolen, ”said the Head of the Balikpapan Police Reskrim, Kompol Rengga Puspo Saputro, as quoted from a written statement from the Balikpapan Police, Saturday, March 13.

From this report, the Balikpapan Police's Satreskrim ranks an investigation. Until finally the perpetrator RY was arrested.

"The perpetrator is the victim's neighbor. So that at the time of the incident he entered through the back door of the victim's house, then took valuables. The value of the missing items reached Rp. 70 million, ”said Kompol Rengga.

During the arrest, the police also conducted a search of the perpetrator's home. A number of evidence of theft was secured, namely NMAX wheels, gas canisters, iron, NMAX LED lights and GoPro cameras.

"That is evidence that we managed to secure temporarily in the perpetrator's house. The others are still in the development stage, including whether or not anything has been sold, "he continued.

During the interrogation, the perpetrator admitted that it was his first act of stealing. Now the perpetrator of RY must undergo a legal process. RY was charged under Article 363 of the Criminal Code concerning theft by weight.
