Bobby Nasution Undergoes Competency Tests For North Sumatra Cagub At PKB

JAKARTA - Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution took part in the competency and propriety test (UKK) at the National Awakening Party (PKB) Decree, to run for simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) in North Sumatra Province.

Bobby arrived at the DPP PKB Jakarta office, at around 14.00 WIB, Tuesday, June 4. He attended the UKK and interviewed the Deputy Chairperson of the PKB Jazilul Fawaid.

Bobby, who is also President Joko Widodo's son-in-law, is predicted to run as a candidate for Governor of North Sumatra. Currently he is a Gerindra Party cadre.

Bobby has also received an assignment letter from the Golkar Party as a candidate for governor, together with the Chairman of the North Sumatra Golkar DPD Musa Rajekshah or Ijeck.

The requirement to support one pair of candidates has at least 20 seats in the regional people's representative council (DPRD) of North Sumatra. Currently, PKB has 4 seats.

As a Gerindra cadre, Bobby has the opportunity to get support for 13 seats from the North Sumatra DPRD. Golkar, who has given a letter of assignment to Bobby, has 22 seats in the North Sumatra DPR, as well as the winner of the election.
